User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJesse runs a first rate salon. As one reviewer remarked, he does spend time training his stylists and is very hands-on. I don't experience that as a negative, quite the opposite. His focus on learning new skills and techniques and keeping a careful eye on his stylists creates a vibrant, cutting edge atmosphere. Withing the upbeat livliness of the environment and Jesse's many roles, he is able to maintain perfect focus on his cuts and colors. I've been to many high-priced downtown salons and have yet to get the precision cuts and attentive care that I've received from Jesse.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOwner Jessie spent more time with one of his "trainees" teaching than working with me. Showed me one picture and starting cutting. The scalp massage was nice, but then he left again to go talk to someone else. i have spent the last 4 months trying to grow out the stringy, fall back to Carol Brady haircut he gave me with the "consultation" charge. I will find someone else who doesn't ignore me and will help me look good.
