The scallops I had were raw, the mussels were over-flavored with bacon and pesto, and the service was not nearly as nice as it should have been for my 70 bill. The view was very good.
We went for our one year anniversary in 1999 and haven't been back since. My husband sat down (we were in a booth) and the seat literally broke. He fell to the ground and the guest across the aisle jokingly said, "I'm an attorney. Here's my card." The waiter just said "sorry" and that was it. No concern that my husband could have been injured.
It was the night from hell. The food is way overpriced for what you get. Service was below expectations for a high quality restaurant. The view is beautiful. They ran out of Alaskan King Crab and shattered a full wine glass. No apologies from any one. They were happy to bring the bill with a smile.
