    Will NEVER go back to Olympic View Dental. Not happy with how I was treated! I am now trying to find a more professional and caring clinic. :( I agree with the other lady that the staff is not friendly and seem very fake. I had an issue with billing (their mistake) and got the cold shoulder. Very disappointed.

    My family have been patients here for 13 years and have never had any problems. Not sure where someone could get a snobby vibe from the office. Everyone there is friendly and my family actually look forward to visits here. Not sure how many dental offices can make that claim. I would (and often do) recommend Dr. Chilton.

    I was a patient for several years but recently switched due to the groups disregard for financial realities.
    Dr Chilton and Olympic View are not members of Washington Dental Network and Boeing insurance reimburses virtually nothing for their services. This is despite the fact that their “insurance specialist” provides a detailed cost breakdown including insurance coverage. It is obviously the offices prerogative to decide which insurances to accept, however I ended up feeling deceived by their accounting/billing procedures.
    While my insurance situation will not apply to everyone, my experience when I questioned the Olympic View folk on alternatives might be a warning to you.
    I have to say that even after several years of supporting their practice I was immediately shown the cold shoulder when I stopped by to let them know I was interviewing other facilities. I would not recommend Dr Chilton to friends.
