    My wife and I returned last Sunday and had the same fabulous service! Try out the sorbets mixed with your liquor of choice. Ours was made tableside and we had it made thin enough to drink. It was a wonderful,papaya mixed with vodka and was a great finish to the evening. Don't miss the red and white sangrias and of course the paella.

    Can't wait to go back: The last two trips I've taken to Seattle this was a stop I had to do. I love the fix menu and the wine paring is wonderful. They put a lot of thought into each dish. A must stop for a romantic evening.

    A Great Restaurant: Was taken to Cascadia for my birthday. Great view, great kobe steak, and a wonderful choclate dessert! Very friendly, helpful server.
