This was the worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. It was not arriving so I kept calling and when ever I called they would pick up the phone and place it down on the counter or hang up without saying a word. This went on for about 45 minutes. I ordered the food at 11:20 am and it arrived at 1:35pm. I told the delivery person I would not accept the food. He looked shocked and said what, I don't understand. I asked him if he had another number to the restaurant as they keep hanging up. He said no, he wanted to call the restaurant, but will not call the main line as it will not be answered. Now is that great customer service or what! Well come to find out, they charged my card two times. So I called and finally got through. I told them I should not have been charged and I was charged 2 times. They said that did not happen. I said I called the bank and yes it happened 2 times and I want a refund. She said she could not help me, I would have to try back another time.
So now I am contacting the better business bureau and also disputing the $94 placed on my credit card.
Stay away from this place!
