Me and my wife were looking for a car at the Burien Toyota, as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a sales associate right from the beginning we told him that we were just looking and that we were going to browse around. Soon in off we found our selfâs being fallowed by this sales associate and even opening the door to a car we were in to tell us the extra futures of the car. My wife let me know that she felt pressure by having the sales man fallow us around so I ask the sales man to gives us a sometime to ourselves to browse the lot and told him that if we had any question we would come and get him. On the way out as we were walking back to our car I noticed the sales person and another associate walking around my present existing vehicle to what it look to me was them conducting a visual inspection of my car. As I was getting inside my vehicle the sales man approached me and confronted me about how offended he was that I asked him not to be fallowed and that I was rude for doing so. Is this ludicrous or what I should be the one feeling offended by his pushy actions. I am defiantly shopping else were.
The worst experience I ever had. I have a big dent on the hood of my new scion car, so I want to have my car fixed specifically at the toyota/scion body shop. I called in and they had me made appointment at 4:30 p.m. I got there about 3 hours earlier as I got off from work early and had nothing to do for the day. I was hoping that if they weren't busy with others customer they might be able to help me. Despite my hope, when I got there I told them that I had appointment and they told me to wait. They were talking with each other and doing some paperwork, but weren't with a customer. I was waiting for in front of them for over 2 hours until it's almost my appointment time, then one of them asked me which insurance company I'm insured with. When I told him my insurance company, he said I need to get an estimation from my insurance first and he refused to provide me with his estimation. I am truly not happy for having waited for over 2 hours just to be told that they will not give me an estimation. I don't understand why they didn't tell me earlier when I made appointment or when I first got there when they weren't even busy with customers. Definitely, doesn't matter how good they are, I won't go back there again. I was waiting for over 2 hours, they could just pretend to look at my car and made me happy, but they simply did not.
Avoid at all costs: Terrible service and follow through -- takes your money and does not deliver, will not honor commitments, and employees lie to customers. Go elsewhere!

The guy is just trying to do his job...your right he is an idiot for makeing that stupid comment at the end. I personally get affended if i'm not helped right away and for you to feel pressured by a salesman opening a car door to help you out I think your way too sensitive. when you go to look at cars again try to relax becuase you control what you will do not the saleman. So man up fool!!!
