About:	Moved to its current downtown location in 1985 and renovated in 1990, Seattle's premier jazz club brings artists of international standing, including the likes of Nancy Wilson, Lionel Hampton and Cleo Laine. The dinner menu features a varied selection of Northwest and Mediterranean dishes. The well-rounded offerings feature seafood, grilled meats, and options for vegetarians. There's a full bar and a private room that holds 275.

Love it...: a Fantastic place to enjoy Jazz music and they have terrific food!
A must for anyone who is visiting the Seattle area and is a Jazz music lover!

Love it!!: I visited there once again this past weekend and I have to say, the acts that they have coming through there is absolutely amazing!! I was there to see the Bob James Quartet and let me tell you....it was GREAT!! For around $24, you get and outstanding show!! Although it was only my second time visiting Dimitriou's Jazz Alley, there are a couple of things I would like to see them improve on. If I make a reservation, they should allow me to make requests on where I would like to sit. Along with that, I shouldn't have to wait outside for up to a half hour just to get inside. Secondly, all shows should not be the same price since most acts are not worth the $24 you spend just wait outside until they allow you in. If you have a Grammy Award winner performing there, I would be willing to pay a little more to see them vice some unknown. Overall though, it's a wonderful place to spend a great evening alone or with friends. Look out for Pat Matheny, David Sanborn, and Keiko Matsui to be performing there over the next couple of months!!
