I love this place. But I've moved, yet I'll still come here for my oil changes and my tune'ups.

The sales person, David and all the staff are always professional and helpful. I've been to other places which I felt like just gouged every cent telling me of services and things I didn't really need.

I trust David. I've had an old Honda which was on its last legs and I just didn't want to spend too much on, and he managed to work with me to figure out the best options, suggesting much more affordable used parts that were still in good condition. I now have a more expensive car that requires a lot of service during tune ups and I can ask him quite bluntly what is it that I most need, and what can I work on at the next oil change. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and helps me make decisions about my car very well.

This is why I would cross a bridge and drive miles to have my auto service done here. Also, not all Firestone's are like this, I tried one closer to my home, and they were not as friendly or professional as David and his crew!

Excellent customer service. Decent waiting room and the car is ready when they promised. If you go there, talk to David, he's a car guy and is well aware of hi-performance machinery (so he would know about your automobile) and straight shooter
