User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI wish I've seen some reviews of this place before I started doing business with them. Their communication is Horrid, customer service is non-existant. The workers that come out are not informed as to what they are doing and are not equipped to finish the project.
The saleman is very slick and talks a great game, but when you get down to business these people suck.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThese people suck. The first time they came out, they'd brought the wrong model Trane heat pump. Then went back for the 'right' one that ended up being the wrong model for the job.
The advertised Trane rebate wasn't valid. Of course, you don't know that until everything is installed.
BNG didn't show up for a meeting with customer and Trane representative to figure out how to fix things.
After the BNG owner showed up at small claims court, made promises to resolve the problem of the wrong heat pump installed (under oath), now he's disappeared again.
Save your money and headaches! Avoid these guys.-

These guys suck. They replaced a heat pump for my 74 year old mother. The heat pump was oversized and not compatible with the existing furnace, fan or thermostat and was wired wrong. After several call backs over 18 months, calls to Trane Corporation, money spent on another company to correctly diagnose the problem and a trip to small claims court, the problem still isn't fixed.
They do not show up when they say they will and are basically a bunch of liars.
To avoid spending another winter in the cold, it looks like my mother will have to spend even more money to fix what never should have been a problem in the first place.
