User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIn a city where you can make your own brew or get it on just about any corner, you really need to stand out to me. Elysian BC does. It did not get a 5 star, but that is just because of the amount of time we waited. They were busy, but maybe on our next visit we can get some service please. Fortunately, I am willing to wait for my mug o' the frothy brew. Here's a drunken thumbs up. Ambiance is great and staff is friendly, but maybe that was because I had been drinking, hmmm. All jokes aside try it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Beer in Seattle By Far: Yes, I said it. Seattle is know for having great Microbrews but this beer is by far the best one. The food is ok, but hey with great beer chips will do. Ambiance is awesome, and is everything you expect when you want to have a great beer. I highly recomend you try it.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've got a soft spot for godly ale: Great brews and some interesting food selections (all of them fairly tasty) make for a great eating and drinking experience. I had the shredded beef tortas and the Perseus Porter (I'd had a Dragonstooth earlier in the day). Both were great but the porter was exceptionally smooth.
