Will never go to bmw of seattle again, I have had many problems there, they refuse to address any of them. I come from california where I used to go to creviar bmw, never had problems there, great service and people.
I bought 4 new tires for my 2003 bmw m3 there, at over 1600 dollars. turned out the tires had been maufactured in 2003 and had been sitting ever since.
i took my car there twice for an oil change and both times I got my car back something was broken. the first time it was my passenger side foglight bulb. the second time someone took every small crome bmw M logo tire caps off my tires I paid 19.99 for and I never got them back.

my friend took his 530i there and they took his factory floormats out the front and replaced them with crappy walmart style ones, he had to pay over 200 new factory ones with the hooks that attach to the factory ones

my mom owns a bmw I have warned her and she will not go there.

trying to address any complaint at that place goes on deaf ears. I had to acctualy argue with the parts manager who was trying to tell me it is impossible to tell when a tire is manufactured. lol if you look online it is very easy and common knowledge to find the manf. date.

I am willing to drive anywhere and far distince if it's to insure I don't have to leave my car with them ever again.
