User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am into my third Subaru now and they have serviced all three. Even though Suburb Service is a major haul from where I live in Issaquah, it is the only shop I trust to touch my car. Every time I strayed from them, I have been burned by incompetent... and expensive work whereas Suburb Service always gets it right for a fair price. And to top it off, they are really nice people who take the time to educate customers about their cars.

This is the only place I will take my Subaru. I have owned 3 and every time I take my new car in for them to see, they give me great information, repair what is needed and give me a thumbs up as to whether I should buy the car or not. They have always been kind to me and when I brought my little one in, they let him play with all the tools (LOL..okay they won't let you do that). They have fixed screw ups other people have done too! What a great bunch of guys. You even get a loaner car while you wait for yours to be fixed! What a deal!!
