User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have had oil changes and front end work at the Bucky's in Everett. They have been very friendly and fast. For the front end work they said it would be $206. It came to under $190 when they finished. They could have charged the $206 and I would have not know the difference. Many auto repair places would not have done that. I will keep going back.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThey are TWEEKERS !! a bunch of 19 year old meth heads running around with their heads chopped off! I saw a protester out side I should've known better!!Just a word advice to the owner: you need to send your workers through training! for some reason my radio did not work when I got my car back...it was a tune-up I went in for!! The few that do know what they are doing their are getting a bad name for them selfs..When this many people talk crap about your buisness obviously there is a problem. fix it. Everyone I know told me not to go to Bucky's but I did not listen, now I can see why! UntilI see a sign up that says new trained employees or management I will NOT be back..Quit being so cheap and get a receptionist so everything runs smoother around that place...maybe the machanics are doing to much extra side work and can NOT concentrate on ONE THING at a time. QUIT BEING A CHEAP ASS BUCKY!! yours truley un-happy TUNE_UP!

Found out a year after having front wheel bearings replaced that they were not installed correctly & needed replacement again. Vehicle was already @ another shop for repair w/parts ordered. Called Bucky's for some resolution & they could have cared less. Decided to eat the $330.00 and have fixed elsewhere as did not trust level of competency of mechanics or integrity of management. Am glad wheel didn't break off @ 60-70 mph.
