The Bellingham Coconut Kenny's is great!! They also have a Sedro-Woolley location. The Sedro-Woolley location has the same great food and they sometimes offer live music. I think it's every other Thursday night that they have a local country/old rock'n'roll band perform. It's great because kids are welcome!!! I grew up around live music and there just aren't very many family friendly venues that offer such a thing anymore. I'm really glad that they offer this. It's really fun. I don't have to cook for the kids. My kids get a meal that is really tasty (that they enjoy!) and we don't spend the evening in front of the tube. As a bonus, it's very affordable! I love it! I highly recommend either location!!!

I tried it for the first time tonight and I loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly. They were courteous beyond belief and it was a truly pleasurable casual dining experience. The food was great...I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was awesome! It was not too fatty (Like the sandwhich at Billy McHales and it has a nice BBQ sauce. The hawaiian bread was delicious. (It could be a meal for two since it was so big.) The pizza was really flavorful and cheezy. We brought the kids and it was a wonderful experience for them as well...I was worried about the noise. They also have 3 large screen TV's with various sports channels playing. If you are driving down James St. this is the restaurant with the Tikki torches in front and it is about a block or two south of Trader Joes. You have got to try it is you are looking for some good pizza and a nice atmosphere to relax. Oh, I forgot to mention the prices were very reasonable.

Best spot in town! Not only is the food great, the decor is on point. Over all great experience. My personal favorite are the sandwhiches.
