Slow delievery, and unhelpful customer service: Our mail went from being delievered between 1:30 and 2:30, to anywhere from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. I have relatives who work for a different office and have explained that this is optional for drivers. They get paid the same no matter how long they`re out, and could go faster if they wanted. This creates such a problems for someone who`s financially strapped living week to week, and it is really difficult to try and take care of bussiness at that time of day. I was able to p/u my mail a few times from the post office, before the driver left, but have been told since then, that this is not exceptable. This I`ve found out, is optional at each branch and is up to the manager. Obviously he doesn`t care much about customer relations.
