    Rairdon's Dodge Dealership don't do business with this company! They will lie cheat and steal in order to avoid fixing what is covered under your warrenty! We bought a new 2008 Grand Caravan from them now 18000 miles later things are falling apart on it. We take it in to have those items repaired under warrenty and they accused us of wrecking the van and refuse to fix under warrenty based on this lie. We assured them this vehicle has never been in an accident ect.. they are still refusing to fix it under warrenty! Im wondering if they get kick backs for not doing warrenty claims!?
    Dont make the same mistake we did.... go else where to purchase your vehicle!

    Shady! I bought a used car from the Kirkland location recently and experienced multiple suspicious handoffs in the 2-hour process from Sales Associate to Sales Manager to Finance Manager, and had to push back and remind them the whole way just to get the price/payments I'd asked for to begin with. They used very 'fuzzy math' to calculate the financing and tried to hard-sell me on the car warranty. When I declined the warranty that would have added $150 to my monthly payments, they treated me like I'd insulted them. Overall was a shady, distrustful experience. I would not recommend them.

    Sales Manager J.Good is a snake! He is a liar. Don't ever deal with him or Rairdon's. Story too long to write down. SLOW service and they don't care about people. We saw in one of their rooms 12 Steps to closing a deal. "Get the customer to SIGN first" THEN negotiate. I will never do business with them again.
