    i have 2 carriers which are both awful, they ALWAYS deliver mail to the wrong location,i dont even get all my mail when delivered to the wrong house eirther, in the past 3 weeks i have had 4PACKAGES STOLEN FROM ME. when i look up the tracking number, they all say they were delivered around 1:30ish (which a is big LIE, AM ALWAYS HOME WHEN MAIL IS DELIVERED and i never got it,ALSO when in fact THEY NEVERRRRR EVEN DELIVER TILL AROUND 3-4PM!!! i am soooo upset with the carriers, i dont know which one is more at blame. another thing that makes me upset i cant even get anyone at the post office to answer the phone to file a complaint. im out of $260.00 that i cant get reinbursted.

    re: carrier service: we live in rural and have about 3 different carriers. don't know which is delivering mail to wrong addresses but some important mail is being delivered to neighbors on both side of us. is good thing they know us or this mail would be delayed further.
