The service department is completely rude, and disrespectful to thier customers! My Tahoe was brought in for warranty service and after apparently fixing the issue, the issue continued occuring and they would not address it. Instead I had to call my warranty company and go to seaview chevrolet in Lynnwood. NEVER TRUST EVERETT CHEVROLET!!
I took a Chevrolet Lumina to get a buyer's inspection at Everett Chevrolet. I told the mechanic I was concerned about any leaks and had already had a car inspected with an intake manifold leak and pointed out a squeak in the rear wheel area that I was concerned about. The mechanic came back and said the squeak was just the loose tire in the wheel well, wrong, I know now. After having my first oil change the mechanic's at my closer to home and trusted Chevrolet dealership say that it has an intake manifold leak and that the original mechanic should have caught it as the evidence of the leak suggests it was an old leak. Here's the kicker, while I had the car at the dealership, the mechanics were shooting off fireworks from inside the garage and furthermore, the service reception woman and the billing person I paid said that the guys were always causing trouble. I talked to the sales manager upstairs about my concerns and he reassured me that for the hour that I had been there I could trust the inspection despite my intuition that was telling me that they were untrustworthy. The manager has been replaced and they accept no responsibility or even offer me any help at all, zero, nothing. They told me they would call me back and never did. Based upon my experiences there I can tell you in no uncertain terms to not trust anything they say, ever. Do not buy a car here, or you will find out what kind of people they really are. I went to this dealership because my dealership is over an hour away, the guys in the service department cannot even perform a simple buyer's inspection. They may have a few good mechanics, I don't know, but why take the chance you may get one of their bad ones. The person I paid the bill to, it cost me $99 for an inspection that only indicated some very minor oil leaks that I was assured were normal, anyway, that person said she was leaving the company too, I am guessing she did. Do not trust that the new manager is there to make things better, I just talked to him for 20 minutes. They are sly, I will give them that. Go somewhere else.
