Advanced Toys for Trucks

I was recommended by my father to go here, but I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows that these guys are extremely rude and completely unprofessional.

Initially I was told that they had what I was looking for in stock and made my appointment. When I called back, I was told they had sent my item back to the company, and when I called the third time, they told me they had sold the item. They made no effort to help me locate a new item.

Considering the fact that people are not spending any excess money, the gentlemen at Advanced Toys for Trucks were rude and will NOT be recieving my business, nor friends and family. I will also make sure to tell other people about the complete lack of unprofessionalism and extreme lack of customer service!!

If you need anything done to your vehicle, call U-Haul (in any area) or the maker of your vehicle directly. Granted the price is more, but the service is much better and it will keep you from having to deal with the morons of Advanced Toys for Trucks.

DO NOT CALL THIS LOCATION...it is a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
