Excellent Customer Service: I could not find anyone to give me a jump in a Safeway parking lot across from Lee Myles Transmission in Everett, WA. It was over 80 degrees out and my 90 year old mother was in the car. I called Lee Myles and they said they would come right over - and they did. They had my car running within a matter of minutes and refused to take any money. The man who helped us was kind, caring, helpful, and friendly - attributes which are hard to come by in this day and age. He indicated that he was the owner and he enjoyed helping people. He was kind and caring and insisted that I get back into the car and get the air conditioning going for my elderly mother. This is the most excellent customer service that I have experienced in a long, long time. We were so grateful. (We will not be back to shop at this Safeway - we will seek out Lee Myles for our transmission repairs).
