User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI too am originally from So Cal. I found the service to be very poor, yet the food to be good. As earlier stated, the chips were delivered hot. However, I found the salsa to be very bland ... and so little of it too.

We are also from So California and the last two times we ate there the food was awful. I got a chicken enchilada that just had big chunks of chicken wrapped around a tortilla and a ton of cheese on top. Absolutly no flavor! My husband ordered chicken fahitas and they were floating in grease. We plan on not going back.

I to am from Calif.. And believe me, we know real Mexican food when we eat it. Paso Del Norte "is" the real thing. It is so refreshing to finally have a "good" family resturant in Blaine. As I have a home in Blaine & was raised in Blaine , I know from what I speak. Every time I come to Blaine ( 5-6 times a year) I always make sure that Paso Del Norte is a place I take my friends too. Keep up the good work !!
