User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNot sure what all the hype is about. We've tried it a couple of times. The service is ok and the food is average to one time yuck and always overpriced for what you get. We were disappointed.

smell the history: Toby's has great food & is the local hangout but talk about smell the history. I think what you smell is years of smoke & drunks peeing on the floor.
