User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAlena is always working 2 weeks out. If you are in a hurry don't take your alterations here. She does terrific work. I did have some clothing in her shop for about 6 weeks in late 2007 as she had to leave the country on family emergency and no one would work for her. There was no one to even give me my clothing back to take it elsewhere. I have been going to her for 2-3 years and have never had a problem other than the time she had the family emergency overseas. She is also very reasonably priced. No frills.
