User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHey, my name is Michael and I am a customer of Dairy Queen. At the Monroe location I encountered an employee ( Nick ) with outstanding custamer service skills. He took care of my order with a smile and a very good attitude. I won't get into detail because it's not about my order. It's about Nick and the wonderful job he did fullfilling my order. I truly believe that he should recieve some kind of reward. My wife and I will definetly be going back to the Monroe Dairy Queen.
Yalls food is very good and the customer service is even better. Atleast at the Monroe branch.
