User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSome of the tellers at the Lopez island branch are unpleasant and disrespectful.Locals have also noticed this as well.This has been a growing problem for many years.In fact some people have emptied & closed their accounts to take business else where due to the "problems".It is supposed to be "islanders helping islanders".Thats very important in these economic hard times...

Yes, I have seen this also.That reminds me,not so long ago I was talking to a long time local who has been around Lopez since the second world war and anyways he said that he asked a teller(a couple years ago)there at the Lopez branch about a question he had,and she asked if he had a account and he said he had not.What bothered him was just how rude she was to him about it.Last thing he said to me was that he hoped the bank would go under in the coming bank runs.
