User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLet me start by saying what a breath of fresh air it is to do business with a company like Northwest Hot Springs. I searched long and hard for the right hot tub to buy for my family. I soon realized that the tub is only as good as the company you buy it from. I really would recommend to anyone in the market to check them out. The staff handled everything from dream to reality. I really appreciated the first class service. Oh by the way, the product is as good as it gets. Lots of compiments from my friends.
