    At 8:40pm July 19, 2009, I went thru the drive thru and ordered an 8pc bucket and 2 cups of water. The person on the intercom had stated that they were out of almost everything and so our choice was "crispy" (translated - BURNT HARD - VERY HARD)) dark meat and some "grilled" (again read that as dry, hard and inedible). They were "out of the flour" so didn't have any original chicken; or biscuits, or most of the other items on their menu.

    Most of what was sold to me was REALLY not edible. I'm NOT a picky eater, but that was the absolute worse chicken I have EVER purchased. Most of it had to be thrown out. I SHOULD HAVE KEPT IT AND RETURNED WITH IT TO SHOW THE DAY MANAGER
