We received a dress for my daughter 2 days before we had to leave for the wedding. Jan stayed late and fixed the dress. As a matter of fact the dressed looked better then the original. From my understanding all the dresses had to be altered some in Chicago, Beverly Hills and New York. The bride did nothing but brag about how wonderful my daughters dress was and low and behold I paid less then everyone else for my repairs. Thanks Jan!

I recently had a bag lost by an airline who shall remain nameless, their initials are Alaska Airlines, on the way home from a work trip containing clothing that had been altered to fit me well. I needed pants in particular so I called Jan, whom I had never met before, explained my situation and asked if I brought in 4 pairs of pants could she alter them in two days. She said she would help me out in a pinch and she did. When I stopped by tonight to pick them up I could see she was going to bee there late because she had moved my alterations to the front of the line she was still committed to having all of her customers' orders ready. She made an excellent suggestion in a soft break for the hem and the pants all look great.

I would highly recommend but I think you should allow 3 weeks or so in most cases. She has a lot of repeat business from what I could tell. Her prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work and attention to fit you receive. I've paid 4 times more in Chicago for work that was half as good. Thank you, Jan.
