The person on the phone hung up on me when I asked the simplest of questions, and then either refused to answer the phone or would pick it up and hang up when I called back. I was more than polite when I called, so I don't know what set him off. Completely unprofessional. On the other hand, I found a competing cleaner in the area--Super Cleaners--who could not have been nicer. The way I was treated by Amy's Dry Cleaners was completely unwarranted.
