User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWow! Sorry to hear the other bad review. I always come to Barb's from Everett because they are the most helpful people I have ever come across in this business. They have always gone out of their way to help me with anything I throw at them and I have had some difficult problems! Maybe I have never come across Barb? I have had bad experiences in Everett but never at Barb's.

After going once getting all the information that I needed to complete the transaction, when I returned with all the correct paperwork BARB decided to be rude , unhelpful. I did not want to tell her that her employee had helped me before because I didn't want to get the young woman in trouble.....turns out I had all the right paper work, the woman just seems to have a reputation of being nasty on some days.....Won't ever use her service again, worth the trip to Lake Stevens. They are faster, nicer and more helpful
