Customer service is non-existent in front, I hesitate to think what is going on behind the scenes. I've given this location several tries over the years with the same results each time.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat family place: This is a great family restaraunt, with excellent food, service and prices. Much better than "Lenny's" or "IHOP". It's clean, the food is hot, delicious and you get alot for your money. They have a kid friendly menu, and will fix anything just about how you want it.

OH dear you are so wrong!! I eat their often and enjoy the food, and the service is always great, The food is far from being bad, No prepackaged frozen food. Are you sure you don't have this restaurant mixed up with Sheri's.
