These guys are the BEST! Darrell is entertaining, thorough, pointed out so many valuable things to ensure we understand what living in this climate/state involves to maintain our new home and offered to answer our questions as long as we live here. He is a wealth of information and his wife did a beautiful job of putting our report together right there at the house, with color photos and a CD with our picture on the front! And we can zoom in on all the photos they put in our report and see all the ants they found under the house, even the water dripping from the drain.

Very efficient, full of information, very helpful. They made our first time home experience wonderful. They really know what they're doing, I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know buying a new or used house. The CD of pictures and the colored, on site report made it even better! If your buying an existing home or new-this couple are the BEST!! Affordable, free reinspects, report on site w/CD full of colored photos. Probably the BEST buying experience we ever had. A home education-if you don't know homes, know someone who does, these two really know their business!! Thanks for a terrific job, we will recommend you to everyone we know. A & S in Kitsap Co.
