The office is very rude!!!: The front office and the rest of the staff was very rude and very unhelpfull. I would never treat a possible client that way. They have lost my bussiness.

I find it hard to believe that every person in the office was rude to you. The only common denominator in that is you! Did you ever stop to think that you were the problem? Hmmm... I have found Dr Shaltry's office to be an extremely organized, professional and friendly office. I think you are the one who lost.
