CLUE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS;
What's the worst thing your perspective employer could hear from your current employer ,,,,,,,,,, ? "NO COMMENT" !!!!!!
EXACTLY,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NO COMMENT, RUN FROM THIS CLEANERS.


Took in a beautiful Liz Claiborne bedspread that we paid about $400 for, it came back torn in 8 places, the lady said she washed it, hung it over something to dry and when she pulled it down it ripped in several places. My goodness is this a cleaners or a 50 cent "laundromat"?
The owner was rude and almost knocked down his wife to get at us, he cursed us all the way to our car and said he would see us in court.
In these hard times, I would have thought living here in Dupont with all the millitary, very honorable people, this owner would have a little respect for the people who make him a living.
But, Mr.Willie was right, he said the BBB ment nothing to him, and wouldn't do a thing to him or his business, that we would get nothing,
Well, the BBB did send Dupont Cleaners a letter, they said, but nothing happened, the owner didnt respond so case closed by the BBB, GREAT OUTCOME.

BEST OF THE BEST!: Fair prices, friendly owners and staff, and excellent work..... what more could you ask for in a cleaners? Whether military or civilian, they do a very professional job on uniforms and street clothing alike.

Easy access from Center exit. Convenient hours. This is the cleaners I will continue to use. Far superior to others in the neighborhood in every aspect.
