This rating represents the 62nd consecutive quarter Valley Bank has earned this highest honor giving it the added distinction of being an "Exceptional Performance Bank." Only institutions that have achieved the highest 5 Star rating for ten years or longer can claim this distinction. Way to go Valley Bank!
This is a great local bank, the tellers are always helpful and friendly and thereâs hot coffee and cocoa for customers!

It's a good bank: The service is always impressive and the staff is really friendly, calling you by name and going out of their way to help you. The only reason it got a like instead of love is because they do not have online banking yet.
