US Post Office

I don't know if I have the right post office or not,but there is a real dishonest person or persons in you office or carrier dept.Two years in a row I have sent birthday cards to my grandchildren,and guess what? cards with small cash amounts never arrived,not only my mail,but there grandparents on the other side of the family sent cards with cash and they never arrived.My daughter has since sent a birthday check,not arriving,we are waiting for the check to clear the bank,if forged,there WILL be legal action taken,There are other families in this apartment complex who have not received ther mail either,I hope who ever is in charge finds the thief and is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.The address of the missing mail is at the Narrows appt. complex on Narrows Dr. in Tacoma. I would like an answer to my complaint,and to be reassured that thios matter will be checked in to. Thankyou. Renee Jones

The tall dude with eyeglasses and premature silver or gray hair is the worst P.O. clerk I've ever encountered, and I've met quite a few. I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with him twice, and both times he was rude, discourteous, and obviously did not care or has ever heard of "customer service". My complaint to the USPS about this idiot has gone nowhere, as the Postmaster of this branch has NEVER contacted me to apologize (I'll bet he's a piece of work, too). I have since avoided this Post Office, and drive further out of my way to the Proctor branch, where the clerks there are much more friendlier. It's evident the USPS has gone way downhill since Postmaster Marvin Runyon retired, as he stressed customer service. Do yourself a favor-avoid this post office branch like the plague. Maybe, somebody will eventually get the hint and get rid of the pathetic moron behind the counter at MLK and hire somebody who cares about his job.

Dont get all my packages: The mailman from this location doesnt put the mail in the correct boxes. I also dont get all my packages delivered. I've lost a few hundred dollars to missed placed/lost packages. I hate this post office...
