Absolutely crummy and ghetto service. The outside appearance of the store is just as bad as the experience.

i bought a couch in june and after 2 months the seams started ripping the repair guy had to come to my house4 times before he finaly got all the pieces to fix it so in january he finally finished the job, so in march it started ripping again, The repair guy came out and said its needs to be reupholstered again so he sent for the piece and two weeks later i noticed that the other two pieces started to rip and called martins to report it and now they are refusing to fix the problems and im stuck with a couch that is horrible but the owner wants me to remember that its not my couch that is important its the missing children in this world, and yes he did say that to me! so fine i don"t get my couch fixed but just remember that bad customer service spread wide and far two customers of yours have heard my story and have chosen not to shop this store.
