User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsReception is WAY WAY RUDE. I've gone in there twice and both times, they give you the feeling that you're interrupting her magazine reading or internet browsing.
I went in to ask about a tattoo cover up and before she even gave my ANY options, the girl behind the counter just said "NO!" and every time I tried to give her different options of how I thought the tattoo could be covered up, she's just reply "NO!"
Really rude, no explanation as to why they couldn't do the work, no options, just "NO!" So we walked out.-

I got mii first percing there by Jeanie when i was 16 (navel)..Then the modonna/monroe on my 18th birthday...then a few months later got my tongue peirced..I kept going back because they have been piercing my whole family for years..Down to my grandmother..They know how to treat their customers..!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI got my first tattoo on my foot done there about a year ago with Nate. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, and friendliness of the artists there. He did a great job, and later retouched it for no charge (foot tattoos have a hard time healing).
