Update 12/2009: Since the one less than desireable experience well over a year ago they have exceeded my expectations. They tried their best to rectify the mistake, and have been very courteous ever since. As far as I am concerned there really isn't anywhere else to go in Kitsap county. Trust me I've tried.
I thought they were good cleaners until I brought in an expensive duvet cover to be cleaned. It came back to me with a rip in it and burn marks/or stains all over it. I called and talked to them and they blamed me. They said there was no way they could have burned or stained it, and that they are not liable for stains or a rip. They were rude and snotty on the phone to me, the employee was condisending and treated me like I was stupid. -

I have been using Ultra Custom Cleaners for 5 years and never had I had a problem. The family who owns it have always been beyond helpful; they go the extra mile. My mom who is elderly is one of their customers too, the staff goes out of their way to bring my mom's clothes out to her car and hangs them up for her. I really cannot say enough good things about this family owned business.
