Great Customer Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed directions to several locations and they went out of their way to make sure I had the right information.

I'm considering going back: I liked the cleanliness,decor,safe area, near the mall & restaurants. I disliked the noise level from the up stairs walking to the slamming doors.

I didn't like the very poor service I received from the red head/very heavy bottom female - MARSHA. When I asked her directions she was extremly rude, loud & she let me I was dumb - because I didn't know how to get to where I wanted to go - she gave me mean looks & if I attempted to go to the front desk she walked away from the counter. I avoided her too - It made the rest of my stay uncomfortable. I spoke to Donna & Codie who are precious, professional & very friendly & eager to help. Please consider getting rid of Marsha - she is not good for Best Western.

Worth a trip back: We were close to the Puyallup Fair grounds and the staff went out of their way to ensure our group had a good time. We enjoyed the breakfast which enabled us to get a good head start.
