User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI think the groomers at Petsmart are for the most part, top notch! They do great work in relativly short amount of time. BUT It is so hot in the salon it is unbearable! It cant be good for the dogs. I know for a fact that several of the groomers have fainted it is so hot! Turn on the AC! So 5 stars for the groomers but one big ugly stars for bad management!

I am not in PETA but I agree. It is HOT in the salon. Not in the rest of the store, just the salon. I still take my dogs. But the manager should turn the AC on.
