User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe employees are not very helpful, I had to wait in line twice with my children in a small waiting area because they wouldn't wait 30 seconds for me to apply my label to a box and seal it (I had label filled out already). They wouldn't let my friend use a black marker or tape-she had to purchase her own there. If you care about customer service do not go there. Go to the UPS store in Bonney Lake instead, very nice and helpful there and still has basic USPS services.

they are open until 5pm and CLOSED on weekends!!! So don't show up on Saturday.

No web sight. No hours of operation.
LAME.
I needed to drop a package for shipping. How can I do that when I cant see the hours of operation? And how bout a phone number? When you run a business people just might need to call you. Duh
