Good people! I always say the best way to tell a good business is not when things go right (which is the expectation), but by what happens when things go wrong. I ordered a grill through them and unfortunately I got what I ordered, not what I wanted. The parts person stated that they failed to verify my VIN number to what I ordered which should have prompted a phone call asking if this was really what I wanted (part of their QC process). Since they failed to make the call, they ate the shipping on the return and on the second delivery. I would definitely do business with them again. Also, order processing and shipping were prompt.
Toyota of Puyallup has a GREAT service dept! They are always pleasant and helpful. I purchased my car elsewhere but still make the trip to Puyallup. It's worth it!!!! Great staff!
Could not have been a better experience. The process began 2 years before the actual purchase with "just looking" and Dave worked with us the whole time until we got serious. He was positive about other models we had shopped, and did not ask what he could do to keep us from looking at other cars as happened at a couple of other dealers. Low key selling is what we experienced and our next car will be from them also. The car we bought was a 2008 Corolla.
