User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is by far the best nursery in the area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They assist you but do not smother you. You feel like you are hanging out/shopping in their backyard -- partly because you are! The selection and quality of plants is amazing. They also have a great selection of decorative pots that are very competitively priced. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there, unlike some of the other local nurseries I used to visit. Vassey's is now the only nursery I go to. Be sure to check out the koi pond!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHelpful staff: I have a new home and had very little ideas of what type of vegetation I should have and where. I had been to 4 different nurseries and Home Depot - no one helped me or even asked if I needed help. And I have money to spend people! My friend told me about this wonderful nursery - I'm so glad she did. I went to Vassey's and immediately had help picking out shrubs for the right areas and even how to design them. And the prices were amazing and very competitive. I will definitely go there again.
