A favorite place for some friends and it is consistently good. It is Sicilian, which means a fairly vegetarian menu with mostly garlic, butter and olive oil to flavor your pasta. They also follow the Sicilian tradition of salad after the main course. I can't believe anyone thought it was like Olive Garden.
If I wanted Olive Garden I would go to Olive garden
Our favorite spot to have a glass of wine and that melt in your mouth pasta they are famous for. On a summer evening my husband and I like to walk along Percival Landing and end up here. It's a great way to spend an evening in Olympia. If you've been to Europe, you know that leisurely dining is the norm. Americans are commonly stressed when they feel they are being overlooked by their waiter, or not served food within 10 minutes of sitting down. It's a cultural thing, and all I can say is, maybe travel and broaden your perspective a bit. Learn to appreciate the finer simpler things, and be more patient, or great food like they serve at Trinacria might just elude you.
