User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Service in Town: My husband and I have bought both used and new from South Tacoma Honda, and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Unfortunatly we went to Honda of Fife first, who had horrible customer service, and very high pressure sales. I literally left backing out the door arguing with a sales person about why I couldn't take the used car to my mechanic without signing a contract to buy. After my migrane went away my trusty mechanic recommended South Tacoma Honda. With no hassel I was able to test drive my used car to my mechanic, and had it in my garage by the next day. They also did a lot of work getting my husband the new car he wanted. We are both very happy with South Tacoma Honda, and reccomend them to all of our friends.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTrying to get service.: All we want to due is drop off our $25,000 honda for service. They do not offer a loan car or a shuttle home 20 min. away. This is very poor customer service.
Will not be purchasing anything else from South Tacoma Honda. Had much better service right across the street at Volkswagon having purchased 4 new cars in the last 5 years.
