User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTook two pairs of pants to Malm's to have them hemmed. I searched these reviews after I dropped them off and got a little worried. However, once I picked them up I was pleasantly surprised. Both were just as requested. One pair had a cuff which most alteration places I've been to usually mess up but this was done perfectly. I would definitely go there again.

Good to me.: The coustomer service experiance I have had there is nothing more than excelent. We had a fire at work and many things were thretened to be lost due to smoke damage. The ladies there not onl took care of the damaged product quickly, but at the best price in town.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had a pair of jeans hemmed at Malm's on Bridgeport and they hemmed one leg 2 inches shorter that the other. The owner and manager acted like they were doing me a favor for buying me a new pair of jeans but the fact was I already had a new pair of jeans that THEY RUINED. No compensation was given/offered for my time or inconvenience - time spent getting the jeans in the first place and then having them altered and now finding a new pair of jeans. I feel like I was punished for using their services. They said this is Malm's company policy and all they do is replace the ruined item. Lesson learned - It won't happen again. BE AWARE!
