    Excellent Super House Sirloin!!: This past Sunday I tried your Super House Sirloin which I asked to be cooked to "Medium Rare". I was absolutely IN AWE at how fantastic it tasted. Each bite practically melted in my mouth and it was cooked to perfection (not one piece of fat was on this steak)!!!!! It is rare to find a restaurant these days that can cook a steak to a true medium rare quality and with such high standards! You and your staff (chefs and all other staff) totally rock!!!!!!!

    Just so you know why I felt I should share my story with you is becauseI tried your regular house sirloin quite some time ago and was rather disappointed. In addition to it not being cooked to my preference, it was also extrememly fatty. But, I didn't give up and opted to try it once again and was sooooo glad that I did!!!!

    Definititly two thumbs up for your current chef/cook staff and restaurant as a whole!!!!!
