User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have experienced so many problems with our postman. He has delivered our mail to other residents in the neighborhood, we constantly are getting other peoples mail and the list goes on and on. Just yesterday, he tried to have me signed for a neighbor's I.R.S. documents before asking for I.D. I had to bring it to his attention. The address was 100 digits off and the address no where near close to ours. In addition, we were expecting our paycheck in the mail yesterday, and after calling our employer this morning, we discovered that some lady had found the check in her front yard by her mailbox, so she took it and shredded it. She said the postman had most likely dropped it. Yes, I am not sure why she had to shred it, but that was better than having someone else cash it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Parkland Post office has been stellar in their services to this community. It is the best managed USPS that I have ever used. I have been half way around the world and have lived all over and in other countries and US states this Post Office has the friendliest people and well trained staff. You would not think so to look at it but it is a great place to do business. Deborah S.

I am very very upset at this post office because something so easy as putting a package in a lock box and putting the key in your locked mail slot just cannot be done here and when i called to complain and where is the package that says was delivered and was not delivered to me they cannot explain, the postmaster did not even know who the carrier was that day. and admitted it to me, real orgainzed huh, its the federal government, they do not have to be accountable for anything. I have not seen the package i think was stolen by a mail carrier, i have a package coming in again, i am watching it very carefully for its delivery status and the moment it says it is delivered it better be, or someone is going to hear from me and it will be public, i think the postal carrier is stealing my packages!

I think You should give them another chance I have been here a very long time and they are the best run Post Office I have ever been to and I have traveled and lived all over the world with the Military and other services.
