Wow. We bought a cover for the iPhone 4 at the actual Verizon wireless kiosk. First off the sales lady had her back turned and was listening to music on headphones. Then she got us the cover we wanted and gave us to the arrogant Zachary Walker. Zach was talking to someone about buying a new car while he was ringing us up. Then when I said I get a corporate discount he says "next time just give me your phone number, it makes my job a lot easier, you know what I mean?". Very rude and arrogant. You can bet I am going to complain to Zach's manager. We drop over 150 a month for our Verizon plan and this experience was unacceptable.
I would give them NO STARS. The absolute worse customer service. There manager, Marcus 525937, has no management skills or service skills at all. HORRIBLE with customers! Do not do business with Verizon - especially Marcus! They send you hidden fees and lie when They Sell the plan or better yet, they LIE WHEN THEY SELL.
i went to this store 12/19/08 i was greeted and told it would be a hour wait. so i waited, and waited...after 2.5hrs i was finally "helped"...i had been having issues with my cell phone that i had purchased i meer 5 months ago and was looking to purchase a new one i had had it with mine...i wanted the blackberry storm or Lg envy...so i tell the woman my issues with my phone she responds with have you done the updates i say yes twice just in your store actually just last month...she shrugs and had nothing else to say...i asked if i could purchase i new phone...she said yes at full retail value because i am a existing customer...which interpets to about double what new customers have to pay...i asked if i could get my phone replaced because its only 5 months old and actually has never really worked correctly (its a samsung glyde, strongly advise against owning one) anyway she said no they don't carry it anymore and that was it...no offer to give me something close to it and maybe pay a little extra no offer of a credit towards anything else. basically i bought it now i am stuck with it for two years unless i want to pay double for something else period! what happened to customer service and wanting to keep the existing customer happy???
